Military Global Positioning Systems (GPS) User Equipment (MGUE)
Program Office: Global Positioning Systems Directorate (SMC/GP)

Short Description:
The MGUE program will develop, integrate, and produce Military-Code (M-Code) capable GPS receivers (GB-GRAM, GRAM-S/M, and GRAM-PMC) for the designated lead service platforms specified in the draft MGUE Capability Development Document (CDD). For non-lead platforms, the MGUE program will provide M-Code capable Common GPS Modules (CGM) to allow GPS receiver developers to build receiver cards and applications for various military platforms. This first set of contracts will be for MGUE Increment 1 Preliminary Design Review (PDR) for all four receiver cards (GB-GRAM, GRAM-S/M, GRAM-PMC, and CGM).

Space Control Architecting Development Follow-On
Program Office: Space Superiority Systems Directorate (SMC/SY)

Short Description:
SCAD Follow On will support the analysis of systems, capabilities, and concepts within the space control mission areas of offensive space control (OSC), defensive space control (DSC), space situational awareness (SSA) and space command and control (C2). In addition to program support via papers and studies, ongoing architecture support includes development, coding, and integration of various commercial and non-commercial software models and applications to provide assessments of potential space control capabilities and their relative operational impacts. The contract will support a comparison of technical requirements of existing and proposed programs within the Space Control mission area against pertinent state-of-the-are capabilities of industry, government, and academia.

Improved Solar Observing Optical Network

Short Description:
Produce four Improved Solar Optical Observatory Network (ISOON) telescopes in accordance with Government provided specifications. Telescopes will be a modification of Government owned Solar Optical Observatory Network telescopes. Intent of the improvement is to reduce sustainment costs, acquire high resolution images, obtain more accurate measurements, provide remote operations capability, provide automated analyst tools and meet AF Information Assurance requirements.
