Sometimes there are conflicts that may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. If this happens, the clinic respectfully asks that you call to cancel or reschedule your appointments 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it so we can offer your appointment to another patient. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call (310) 653-CURE during regular business hours, which are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. If booked via TRICARE Online, medical appointments can also be cancelled online.
A patient is considered late if they arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Patients who arrive late will either be categorized as a "no-show", offered the opportunity to schedule the appointment or they will be given the option to be seen after the other scheduled patients, at the discretion of the patient's scheduled.
