COLONEL NORMAN A. DOZIER

Colonel Norm Dozier is the Director of Financial Management and Comptroller, Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. He directs the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the Center's $6 billion annual budget. As the Center's chief financial officer, he is the principal financial advisor to the Air Force Program Executive Officer for Space. Col Dozier is also responsible for organizing, training, and developing over 300 financial management personnel and allocating them across the Center in support of 35 major acquisition programs. Further, he directs the pay and financial services supporting Los Angeles AFB's 2,900 military and civilian workforce and the 11,000 retiree population in the area.

Col Dozier was born in Macon, Missouri and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1992. His Air Force experience includes numerous assignments in the financial management career field including five comptroller positions in four different major commands and three division chief positions at a major command and the Air Staff. Col Dozier is a 2013 graduate of the Air War College, Maxwell AFB, Alabama. Prior to his current assignment, he was the Commander of the Mission Support Group at Moody AFB, Georgia.
